Independent insurance professionals affiliated with NonCaptiveLife™ are state-licensed insurance producers operating as independent contractors.
They are not employees of NonCaptiveLife™ and maintain control over their own business activities, subject to applicable laws and carrier requirements.

Agencies & Entity Participants

Agencies and entity participants are independently owned businesses that may affiliate with NonCaptiveLife™ through contractual relationships.
Affiliation does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship unless expressly stated in writing.
