Producers are not required to place business exclusively through NonCaptiveLife™ and are not captive to any carrier, product line, or menu.

Carrier Authority

All carrier appointments are subject to:

State licensing requirements.

Carrier underwriting and background standards.

Carrier approval and ongoing compliance.

Carrier appointment decisions are made solely by the carrier.

Independent Contractor Status

Insurance professionals affiliated with NonCaptiveLife™ operate as independent contractors, not employees.
